The seller sends you a checkout link. You pay on that link and the money goes to Sellibly, not to them. They can see it arrived and cannot touch it. When the asset is in your hands and you have checked it, you enter your release code and they get paid.

A short code we email you once your payment clears. It belongs to you alone and it is the only thing that moves the money. Entering it is final, so treat it the way you would treat cash. Sellibly staff will never ask you for it, and neither should a seller.

Go back to the payment page. The link sits in the same email as your release code, or you can reach it from your dashboard by opening the deal and following the payment link. On that page choose Report an issue with this order, describe what happened and leave a WhatsApp number so we can reach you quickly.

Contact us anyway and we will investigate. Be aware that releasing is recorded as your confirmation that you were satisfied, so we are working backwards from a decision you already made. This is why the timing of that one action matters more than anything else on the platform.

Within 24 hours on a working day. Requests made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are paid on Monday, because our payment gateway does not settle bank transfers at the weekend. We cannot release money to a bank faster than it settles to us.

The smallest deal you can raise a checkout link for is ₦2,000, and the smallest withdrawal is ₦1,000.

Yours, once the buyer confirms. It is money they have already paid that has not been released yet. Until then it is not spendable and not withdrawable.

No. Unpaid links appear nowhere in your sales, your earnings or your balance. Only deals somebody actually paid for are counted, on your dashboard and on your public profile.

A tiered escrow fee, charged to both sides of the deal. It is added on top of what the buyer pays and deducted from what reaches the seller, and both figures appear on the page where the link is created, before anybody commits to anything.

So on a ₦100,000 asset the buyer pays ₦102,500 and the seller receives ₦97,500. Sellers who agree to absorb the buyer's side during negotiation simply create the link at the negotiated price instead.

You can, and you give up every protection on this page by doing it. There is no held money to return, no record for anyone to review and nothing we are able to do for you. It also breaks our seller rules.

A way to bring a Sellibly expert admin into a conversation that is turning into a real transaction. The buyer proposes the agreed price inside the chat, the seller approves it, and a Sellibly admin joins the same chat and oversees the deal alongside you both. Escalation is a Pro feature, available when either the buyer or the seller is on Pro.

High value assets, complicated handovers, or any deal where you would simply feel better with somebody watching. There is no penalty for asking.

Because that thread is what we read if something goes wrong. Screenshots from elsewhere can be edited and prove very little. A conversation held here cannot be, and it has settled more disagreements than any other single thing.
