Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

This Policy explains how Sellibly HQ handles wallet funding reviews, cancellations, reversals, refunds, disputes, and transaction-related holds.

1. Scope of This Policy

Sellibly HQ applies this Policy to wallet funding requests, internal wallet credits and balances, protected transactions, Selliarmy Vault deals, manual payment proofs, withdrawals, transaction cancellations, duplicate or mistaken payments, and disputes handled through the platform.

2. Platform Role in Refunds and Disputes

Sellibly HQ provides software workflows, internal ledger handling, transaction review processes, and administrative decision-making for platform operations. Sellibly HQ is not a guarantor of every transaction outcome and is not a bank or trustee.

Refund, reversal, and dispute outcomes depend on transaction stage, available evidence, whether platform instructions were followed, user conduct, fraud or compliance concerns, and applicable law.

3. Wallet Funding Requests

  • submitting payment proof does not guarantee wallet credit;
  • wallet credits are subject to manual verification, proof matching, exchange-rate snapshot handling, and fraud/compliance review;
  • incorrect payment routes, wrong networks, insufficient proof, suspicious submissions, or duplicate requests may delay or prevent approval;
  • mistaken or duplicate credits may be reversed or restricted.

4. Protected Transactions

Protected transaction workflows are intended to reduce risk by requiring official payment steps, proof review, structured release controls, and clearer transaction records.

A refund or reversal may be considered where the seller fails to deliver, materially misdescribes the asset, lacks transfer rights, or where fraud, error, or policy breach is reasonably established.

A refund request may be denied or limited where the buyer validly releases the transaction, receives substantially what was agreed and later changes mind, relies primarily on unverifiable off-platform terms, or contributes materially to the issue.

5. Buyer Release and Finality

Where Sellibly uses secure buyer release controls, buyer release is treated as strong evidence that delivery was accepted.

After buyer release, the transaction will generally be treated as completed. However, Sellibly may still pause, review, reverse, or restrict related balances where reasonably necessary due to fraud, account compromise, mistaken processing, duplicate payment, compliance concerns, or legal request.

6. Selliarmy Vault Disputes

For Selliarmy Vault deals, Sellibly may review visible deal terms, invite records, participant roles, payout-plan records, room communications, and other platform records relevant to the issue.

Private side arrangements not recorded on-platform may not be recognized for refund, payout, or dispute purposes.

7. Withdrawals, Holds, and Error Correction

  • withdrawals are manually reviewed and may be delayed, rejected, or reversed where balances are pending, held, disputed, restricted, suspicious, or inaccurate;
  • an approved withdrawal status means approved for platform payout workflow, not guaranteed instantaneous external settlement;
  • Sellibly may correct mistaken ledger entries, duplicate payments, accidental payouts, and other operational errors.

8. Evidence and Review Standards

Sellibly may consider platform chat records, listing content, uploaded proofs, timestamps, payment metadata, invite and acceptance logs, transfer evidence, support tickets, dispute submissions, and other material reasonably relevant to the issue.

Off-platform evidence may be considered, but may receive reduced weight where authenticity, completeness, timing, or context cannot be verified.

9. Compliance Holds and No Guarantee of Recovery

Sellibly may delay, refuse, reverse, or freeze refunds, payouts, or balances where reasonably required for fraud prevention, sanctions review, legal obligations, regulatory or court requests, or platform integrity.

Sellibly does not guarantee recovery of every disputed payment, asset, or transaction outcome. Administrative review is a platform process intended to reduce risk and improve fairness based on the evidence available.
