Sellibly HQ is a marketplace for digital media assets. Every deal runs through escrow: the buyer pays Sellibly, we hold the money, and the seller is paid only once the buyer confirms they have what they paid for.
How a deal works
STEP 1
A seller lists the asset
Or creates an escrow link for a deal already agreed elsewhere, and sends it to the buyer on WhatsApp, Telegram, X or email.
STEP 2
The buyer pays into escrow
We hold the money. The seller can see it has arrived, but cannot touch it.
STEP 3
Handover happens in protected chat
Both sides accept the chat rules before the first message, and every message stays on record with the deal.
STEP 4
The buyer releases payment
Only when the account or files are theirs. Release pays the seller and cannot be undone.
If something is wrong, the buyer reports an issue instead of releasing. While a dispute is open the money cannot be released, and our team reviews the deal from the record in the chat.

Fees you see before anyone pays
The escrow fee is flat and published, set by the size of the deal. The buyer and the seller each see their share on the deal before any money moves.
What Sellibly is not
We hold the payment and keep the record. The deal itself is between the buyer and the seller. Sellibly is not:
- the owner of the assets listed here
- the buyer or the seller in any deal
- a guarantor of an asset’s legality, earnings or future performance
- a bank or a custody institution
- a substitute for your own checks before you buy
Who runs Sellibly
Sellibly HQ is operated by Impact Brand E.A.R Service. We run the marketplace, hold payments in escrow, and review disputes. Service providers support hosting, payments, email and messaging.
